Refund and Returns Policy
Booking is confirmed only after 100% payment by the guests.Once confirmed, Ashok Villa shall send a Booking Confirmation Receipt, which entitles the guest to check in to the property on the dates confirmed.
Check-in time: 5:00 pm; Check-out time: 12:00 am
The Guests shall be responsible to check and report any damage to the Property or its equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, etc. there in within 30 minutes of Check-In.
The Guest’s valuable belongings are the Guest’s own responsibility. Ashok Villa does not take any responsibility for loss or damage to Guest’s valuable belongings. The Guest is responsible for the Property during the rental period, and must ensure that all windows and doors are locked securely when not in the Property.
